| A
team of 14 from Midlands based fall protection manufacturer,
Uniline Safety Systems have completed a grueling challenge
to raise money for UNICEF and celebrate 10 years in
business. |
 |
| The
Uniline team, which included customers, climbed the three
highest peaks in Scotland, England & Wales and cycled
between them, over 450 miles, in just 85 hours. |
|
On route the team cycled up
Glencoe, across Ranoch Moor, through the Lake District,
along the North Wales coast and finally up the Llanberis
Pass for the final ascent of Mount Snowdon. On one day the
cyclists covered 162 miles, spending 12 hours in the saddle. |
|
Uniline’s Managing Director,
Simon Luke, who took part in the challenge, said “This was a
huge mental and physical challenge that was made possible
through great team work, motivation and team spirit.
Everyone was exhausted and a little sore at the end, but
elated to have completed such a tremendous endeavour.” |
|
Uniline raised £8000 for UNICEF. |
