Herrington Gate is an exceedingly high class furniture
manufacturer, and when they designed and built their own
head quarters and manufacturing facility they required a
building design which reflected their emphasis on design and
quality which they demand in their furniture ranges. |

Architectural Profiles Limited (APL) of Woodley, Reading,
provided over 2500m² of lining and external profile metal
cladding, and this building is a brilliant example of how
such a well known profile can be ‘brought to life’ through
bold and creative architecture. |

The profile used here is AP50HR,
one of APL’s best known and most popular half round
sinusoidal profiles. It was produced specifically for this
project using Corus Colorcoat Prisma® pre-finished steel in
Anthracite Grey to deliver an eye catching building that
will stand the test of time. |
