recent Victoria Hall development of student accommodation at
Lock Street, Wolverhampton, consists of four tower blocks,
the tallest of which is 25 stories and is the tallest
modular building, principally constructed offsite, in Europe
– Architectural Profiles Limited supplied all the CPS
Rainscreen system metal cladding for this project. |

Architects for this impressive development were OConnell
East Architects, Manchester and the installers of the 11,500
m² of external facades on all four towers were Pressiton
Construction (UK) Ltd. |
| At
all times liaison between architects, installers and
principal suppliers was ‘full on’ with emphasis towards the
efficiency of the construction as a system and the energy
efficient performance of the building on completion. |

Architectural Profiles design
and manufacture APL Energi™ Systems for walls and roofs and
were able to provide invaluable experience and advice on
energy efficient systems and construction economies
available through time saving systems for the building
envelope. |
