| Peter
Stanyard is a front line personnel manager who has
successfully managed the all principal functions within the profession,
particularly in the roofing and cladding industry.
|
| During thirteen years with the Tarmac group he honed
his expertise in acquisitions and negotiations. He sat on the employers side
of the National Joint Council, and the National Training Committee for
the Flat Roofing Industry.
|
|
He headed the personnel function in the team that
floated Ruberoid PLC from Tarmac in 1993 and now operates as an
independent consultant in Human Resources.
|
| Peter is a fellow of both CIPD
and the Institute of Roofing. He is author of the plans for Recruitment and
Training in the UK Roofing Industry, Wall and Floor Tiling and the
Partitions & Ceilings industries |
